Refund policy
1. Return Period You have 30 days from the date of delivery to initiate a return request. Returns requested after this period will not be accepted.
2. Return Eligibility Requirements To qualify for a return, all of the following conditions must be met:
- Item must be unused and in pristine condition
- Item must be in its original packaging with all tags attached
- Original receipt or proof of purchase must be provided
- Return must be pre-authorized by MONCADA
- Item must not be excluded under our non-returnable items policy (see Section 5)
3. Return Process To initiate a return:
- Contact us at hello@moncadahome.com within 30 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and reason for return
- Wait for return authorization and shipping instructions
- Ship the item back using our provided return label
Important: Items returned without prior authorization will be refused and returned to sender at sender's expense.
4. Damaged or Incorrect Items Inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Report any defects, damage, or incorrect items within 48 hours of delivery to hello@moncadahome.com. Include photographs of the issue when contacting us. We will evaluate the issue and provide appropriate resolution.
5. Non-Returnable Items The following items are final sale and cannot be returned:
- Perishable goods
- Custom or personalized items
- Personal care products
- Hazardous materials
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Items marked as "final sale"
- Items that have been used, washed, or altered
6. Exchanges We do not offer direct exchanges. To exchange an item, please return it following our return process and place a new order for the desired item.
7. Refund Processing Upon receipt of your return, we will inspect the item(s) within 5-7 business days. If approved:
- Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
- Processing time varies by payment provider (typically 5-10 business days)
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable
- Return shipping costs are the customer's responsibility unless the return is due to our error
8. International Returns International customers are responsible for all return shipping costs and any customs duties or taxes incurred. We recommend using a trackable shipping service.
9. Condition of Returned Items Items must be returned in sellable condition. We reserve the right to refuse returns that show signs of use, washing, wear, alteration, or damage. In such cases, items will be returned to the customer at their expense.
10. Right to Refuse Returns MONCADA reserves the right to refuse any return that does not comply with this policy or appears to be fraudulent.
