1. SHIPPING TIMEFRAMES
1.1 Direct-to-Consumer (D2C) Orders

- Orders are typically shipped within 48 hours of receipt
- You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information
1.2 Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders
- Processing time: 3-5 business days
- Large or custom orders may require additional processing time
- We will contact you if extended processing is needed
1.3 Pre-Order Items
- Pre-order items have extended delivery timeframes
- Estimated delivery dates are provided at time of purchase
- Payment is processed immediately upon order placement
- Items ship once in stock, typically within the timeframe specified
- You will be notified of any delays or changes to expected delivery dates

2.2 International Shipping
- Standard International: 7-21 business days
- Express International: 3-7 business days
