1.2 Business-to-Business (B2B) Orders

  • Processing time: 3-5 business days
  • Large or custom orders may require additional processing time
  • We will contact you if extended processing is needed

1.3 Pre-Order Items

  • Pre-order items have extended delivery timeframes
  • Estimated delivery dates are provided at time of purchase
  • Payment is processed immediately upon order placement
  • Items ship once in stock, typically within the timeframe specified
  • You will be notified of any delays or changes to expected delivery dates

2.1 Domestic Shipping (United States)

2.2 International Shipping

  • Standard International: 7-21 business days
  • Express International: 3-7 business days
